Why Choose G5 Internet?

We are a Local company. It makes good sense to keep money in the local economy. Do business with a local small business, rather than a nationwide conglomerate.

We are well established. We were actually the first ISP to provide broadband in Beebe, AR, soon to be followed by Southwestern Bell's DSL service (who are now known as AT&T). We saw the need in 2002, and registered the domain broadbandbeebe.com. Service was up and running by the middle of 2003.

You don't have to pay for a phone line. If you want broadband, why should you have to pay for a phone line in order to get it? Or even cable TV for that matter. Just order Internet, then your video (Netflix, Hulu, etc) can be delivered over the Internet, and your telephone (Vonage, Magic Jack, etc) can also be delivered over your Internet connection.

We have never had a price increase. That's right. We've been in business since 2003 and we have never raised the rates to our existing customers. We have changed the plans we offer, but existing customers have always been grandfathered in to whatever plan they have, with the option to upgrade. We don't promise it will always be this way, but we think it does say something about the way we like to do business. And yes, we have increased speeds several times with no change to the pricing.

We have no contracts - We don't like tying customers in to a service which they are not happy with. This leads to bad feedback, and a poor reputation. We like to only have happy customers if at all possible.

We have download limits on our residential plans - How is this a positive thing? Well we think it is better than pretending that we are selling unlimited, and then disconnecting the top few users, as many other broadband providers do. We like to be up-front about what we are selling. We are not selling dedicated bandwidth to be consumed at the 100% level, 24/7. If this is what you need, then try getting some quotes for a T1 line or ds-3 from the telephone company. See what their true unlimited bandwidth really costs. Our limits are plenty more than most people use, and they ensure fair access to the network for all customers.

30 day money back guarantee on new installs. Again, we like to have happy customers. If you are not happy with the service we provide, we'd prefer you go elsewhere. In fact, we will happily refund 100% of your install fee, within 30 days of your install date if you are not satisfied. Only happy customers here, please!

We don't advertise. Well, not much. We have a yellow pages advertisement, and we've hand delivered a few dozen flyers. But mainly we grow by word of mouth. This allows us to invest more money back into the network, to improve our services. It also speaks volumes about our reputation, that almost all of our sales are by word of mouth.

We are exempt from Sales Tax. That's right! There will be no taxes or fees on your invoice. The price you see listed on our website is the price you will pay. We actually think it's outrageous to quote a price and then add multiple fees and taxes, some government mandated, some not, on top of the bill. What's the point in even listing the price if you do this? You might as well say that it will cost "some money".
